Hi, I’m Carly.

I've been a therapist since 2018, when I started working in substance abuse treatment. Since moving into the private practice space, I have leaned into my passion for working with the communities that mean the most to me. As a neurodivergent, queer, and disabled/chronically ill therapist, I am truly honored to be supporting people living at these intersections.

When I'm not working, I'm often attending concerts and music festivals, watching horror movies, and reading. I'm also an artist and an avid coloring book fan, especially coloring books by Johanna Basford. I am also an animal lover and share a dog with my grandmother, and I have had guinea pigs for over a decade now. Feel free to ask to meet them during a session!

My Approach

I'm certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy because I find concrete skills to be beneficial, but I also believe that skills are only a small piece of a greater puzzle. It is my goal to help my clients explore their identities and values, and gain clarity around their wants and needs. I love watching people unlearn the external expectations that have not served them, and figure out their own desires for their lives. I also love helping clients build the relationships and community that suits them.
